In a jungle teeming with mutated monsters, a team of unlikely heroes ventures into the heart of Mexico to find their missing friend, Bruce Barton. The test pilot's search party soon discovers that he has become a 25-foot tall, one-eyed cyclops after being exposed to radioactivity from uranium deposits in the area. As they navigate this bizarre landscape, they must confront giant animals, including a mouse, eagle, spider, iguana, lizard, and boa constrictor, all born from the same toxic radiation that transformed Barton into his monstrous form.
