A man breaks into a 4x4 SUV in Buenos Aires, intending to steal the car stereo, but the vehicle's advanced security system traps him, rendering the doors and control panel unusable. The owner, Dr. Enrique Ferrari, a widower and doctor specializing in obstetrics, communicates with Ciro through the car's speakers, learning about his personal life and threatening to make his situation worse if he doesn't comply. As days pass, Ciro becomes increasingly desperate, ill, and delirious, until he finally escapes from the car after it is revealed that a chocolate bar hidden in the brake panel was the key to his release.
