Five surgeons embark on a wilderness weekend retreat deep in Northern Ontario, only to find themselves stalked and murdered by an unseen force. Their animosity towards each other is put to the test as they are forced to confront the possibility that one of their own is behind the sinister events unfolding around them. As tensions rise and death claims another victim, it becomes clear that their ordeal has descended into a deadly game of survival, where no one will emerge unscathed.
