Shiva, a carefree young man from Bangalore, is immediately attracted to Charulatha "Charu," a beautiful woman looking for a job. He follows her and eventually takes her on a road trip from Bangalore to Mumbai, where they encounter various challenges and eventually realize their feelings for each other. Along the way, Shiva saves Charu from her pursuers and learns about her troubled past, which led her to escape her father's arranged marriage plans.
