Donald Duck is at the beach and tries to ride a rubber horse called Seabiscuit, which repeatedly bounces him off. He then pranks Pluto by pushing the rubber horse near him, causing Pluto to chase it around the shore. In retaliation, Donald sets up flypaper to stop ants from stealing his picnic lunch, but ends up getting stuck in the trap with Pluto, who eventually frees him by licking him.
