In the 1991 film "The Boneyard," a burned-out psychic named Alley Oates (Deborah Rose) and her detective partner, Jersey Callum (Ed Nelson), team up to stop the chaos caused by children turned into zombies in a coroner's building. Chen, the owner of the funeral home, claims that the mummified corpses are ancient demons known as jiangshi that have been fed human flesh for centuries, leading to their awakening and terrorizing the mortuary staff. The survivors must use every means at their disposal to combat the demonic creatures, including possessed mortician Mrs. Poopinplatz (Phyllis Diller) and her mutated poodle.
