In "Stripped to Kill," police officer Cody Sheenan (Kay Lenz) goes undercover as a stripper at Rock Bottom club to investigate a series of murders connected to the strip club near Skid Row. As Cody gains the trust of the other dancers, tensions rise with her partner Sergeant Heineman (Greg Evigan), who harbors romantic feelings for her. When Heineman's investigation leads him to suspect Roxanne, a stripper posing as a man named Eric, Cody must confront the killer and her own emotions in a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase that ultimately brings them together.
