A widowed farmer and his son take in a mysterious, injured man with a satchel of cash, which attracts a posse claiming to be law officers. When outlaws attempt to recover the stolen money, the farmer reveals a talent for gun-slinging that surprises everyone, leading to a tense standoff and ultimately a deadly confrontation.
