After a botched bank job in downtown Montreal, three desperate criminals take a young woman and a father with his four-year-old daughter hostage on a frantic and violent road trip that not all of them will survive. As they flee, they are pursued by the police and engage in a series of intense confrontations that leave two bodies dead, a woman seriously wounded, and another man stabbed but alive. The group's journey takes them to various rural locations, including a small town celebrating a festival, where they encounter locals who ultimately meet their demise.
