"Cosi" is a dark comedy that tells the story of Lewis Riley, a young amateur theater director who takes on a job at a Sydney mental hospital to produce a variety show for the inmates. However, his plans are overrun by one of the patients, Roy, who selects an unlikely cast of characters and demands that they stage the opera Cosi fan tutte instead. Despite the chaos and setbacks, Lewis finds himself developing genuine attachments to each patient, leading to unexpected unifications and personal growth.
