"Zima, ukhodi!" is a documentary film that chronicles the last "Russian winter" and its popular uprising against Vladimir Putin's presidential run in 2012. Ten director graduates from Marina Razbezhkina’s School of Documentary Film and Documentary Theatre spent two months with cameras to document the campaign, capturing people, conversations, protests, failures, and triumphs. The film features interviews with Alexei Navalny, Boris Nemtsov, Eduard Limonov, Ilya Yashin, and Vladimir Putin himself, who appeared on camera as part of his presidential campaign.
