Two childhood friends, Clif (Clif Prowse) and Derek (Derek Lee), embark on a European tour to film their travel web series Ends of the Earth, but things take a dark turn when Derek contracts a mysterious illness that slowly transforms him into a vampire-like creature. As Derek's condition worsens, he becomes increasingly aggressive and violent, forcing his friend Clif to confront the terrifying reality of what is happening to him.
