In this sidesplitting comedy, a group of misfits gather at the Topanga Ninjitsu-Ryu Academy to train under the wise and wily Sensei Chiba. As they learn new skills and navigate the ups and downs of ninjutsu, they must also contend with their own personal struggles and the villainous Addleman, who seeks revenge against his old rival after being outdone in a past duel.
