Detective Jason Foster goes undercover to take down a crime ring that has been impenetrable by the police department for years. Larenz Tate stars as Deuces, the enigmatic leader of the ring, while Meagan Good plays his sister Janet, who also falls under his spell. The mission is further complicated when Foster's sister becomes entangled in Deuce's dual life.
