Danny Krueger (Brett Davern), a twenty-year-old drag racer who plays by his own rules, wins a scholarship to the prestigious Fast Lane Racing Academy. After winning, he faces tension against fierce young drivers and loses a racing partner due to a terrible incident. Facing dismissal from the academy, Danny teams up with an old rival, Beau Mirchoff as Jake Kendall.
