Pee-wee Herman (Paul Reubens) makes a wish to fly, granted by Jambi the genie, but his excitement is short-lived as he discovers Captain Carl and Miss Yvonne on a romantic date, leading to Pee-wee's disappointment and frustration. Phil LaMarr plays Cowboy Curtis in this comedy-action film.
