Summary: Eva and Jeff work as real estate agents at the same firm where they compete for the award of the year's best agent. When a couple shows up wanting to sell their house, both of them try to secure the listing. It ends with the sellers wanting them both to work together to sell the house before Christmas. Eva because she is quick to sell, and Jeff because he has experience selling larger houses. Suddenly, they have to collaborate instead of compete, which proves to be challenging. But the longer they work together, the more they learn to appreciate each other's strengths.
