In this raunchy comedy, a group of slacker friends who have been living it up in rock star Adam Duritz's California mansion for years find their luxurious lifestyle threatened when he announces plans to sell his pad. With their ride on the gravy train coming to an end, they resort to desperate measures, including attempting to prevent the sale and raising money to purchase the home themselves - all while maintaining a penchant for wild parties and risqué antics.
