A group of scientists attempt to create a perfect soldier by injecting a subject with werewolf blood, but the experiment goes horribly wrong, leaving only three subjects frozen in cryogenic chambers for 20 years. When they are thawed out and given synthetic metal skin, they come back to life, one with a taste for human flesh.
