In a bizarre and humorous twist on history, "Jackboots on Whitehall" reimagines World War II as an alternate reality where Nazi Germany invades London, prompting the British to band together at Hadrian's Wall to resist the invasion. With a talented cast of well-known British actors voicing animatronic puppets, this stop-motion animated comedy blends satire and action in a wildly entertaining way. This labour of love from writer-directors Edward and Rory McHenry was conceived as a satirical take on war flicks, blending elements of "Team America" with the wit of Wallace and Gromit.
