In this martial arts-infused drama, former police officer China O'Brien (Cynthia Rothrock) returns to her hometown of Beaver Creek, Utah, after a violent altercation forces her to resign from the force. When her father, the town sheriff, is killed by corrupt crime boss Edwin Sommers, China decides to run for his position and clean up the town.
