Posie Santana, a graffiti artist, discovers she has the power to decide life and death after insulting gang members, but fails to use her powers responsibly, leading to her gruesome demise. Tex Woods Jr., a racist, is forced to spend a year with black Vietnam War vets as part of his father's will, where he exploits their friendship for personal gain before they meet their untimely ends at the hands of his girlfriend and herself.
