In a not-too-distant California, the government has created a deadly lottery where winners must survive until sundown to claim their multi-billion dollar prize, but anyone else can kill them for a chance at the jackpot. Former child actor Katie Kim wins the record-breaking $3.6 billion Grand Lottery and finds herself on the run from murderous fans and desperate individuals with no intention of letting her live.
