"Criminally Insane" (1975) is a horror-thriller film about Ethel Janowski (Priscilla Alden), an obese mental patient released from an asylum into her grandmother's care. Upon moving in, Ethel engages in a killing spree, targeting anyone who tries to stop her from eating, including her sister Rosalie and delivery boy Glen Dickie. As the body count rises, Detective Sergeant Earl McDonough (George Buck Flower) is hot on her trail, but Ethel's brutal murders leave him baffled.
