A group of five young trekkers and their tour guide, Maari, embark on a weekend adventure in the Kollimalai hills despite warnings to stay away from the restricted area. They soon find themselves face to face with a malevolent spirit that wreaks havoc on their lives, leaving some members of the group dead or traumatized. As they try to escape, Maari reveals the dark history of Pechi, a woman who was trapped in a wooden witchcraft poppet and has been released by Ram's axe. The group must confront the supernatural force head-on, with only one member able to protect herself thanks to a sacred amulet gifted by a saint to her forefathers.
