An unemployed man buys a Japanese 'luck doll' to improve his fortunes, but his life unravels in disturbing ways, as captured through the warped perspective of the doll in this dark-humoured psychological horror film. The story is presented in a found footage format, leaving audiences questioning whether the doll or the protagonist's deteriorating mental state are causing the chaos.
