Jenna Fontaine (Bonny Giroux) and her father Travis Fontaine (C.S. Munro) are driving through a zombie-infested area when they pick up Carmilla, played by Maritama Carlson, who may or may not be a vampire. As they continue their journey, they encounter various supernatural threats, including zombies and vampires, in a series of surreal and gory scenes. The film's plot is loosely based on J. Sheridan Le Fanu's classic 1872 novel Carmilla.
