"Mimì – Il principe delle tenebre" follows teenager Mimì, played by Domenico Cuomo, who works at a pizzeria in Naples and is an orphan born with deformed feet. He meets Carmilla, played by Sara Ciocca, a young girl convinced she's a descendant of Count Dracula, and together they decide to escape the violent world around them.
