Bhairavi, Tamannaah Bhatia's character, a powerful Nāga Sadhu and devotee of Lord Shiva, arrives in Odela to help protect the village from evil forces led by Tirupati's malevolent spirit. With the aid of local Muslim baba Allah Bakshu, Bhairavi performs rituals to weaken the spirit's hold, while confronting her estranged sister Radha, who has been released from prison after killing Tirupati in the first film. As the battle intensifies, Bhairavi faces challenges in rallying the superstitious villagers and must make a difficult choice to save the village from certain destruction.
