A young homeless woman from New York City named Chloe strikes up a friendship with Theo, an Arctic Inuk man played by Theo Ikummaq, who is looking for the Elders of the Southern world to save his people. Chloe joins him in his quest, and together they present Theo's story to the United Nations in hopes of creating a better future for all of them. Dakota Johnson stars as Chloe, with Mira Sorvino playing her lawyer Monica.
