A 1967 Canadian short film directed by David Cronenberg, "From the Drain" centers on two men in a bathtub, one paranoid about the drain (Mort Ritts) and the other indifferent to it (Stefan Nosko), whose conversation takes a surreal turn as a vine-like tendril emerges from the drain.
