A group of youngsters, after failing their plus two exams, aims to join a common college through the sports quota by choosing boxing as their sport. They manage to survive the district-level competitions but face uncertainty at the higher levels. Characterized by its lighthearted tone, "Alappuzha Gymkhana" follows the aspiring boxers' journey with support from Ganapathi S. Poduval's character Deepak Panikkar as they navigate their newfound passion.
