Miyako starts a live-in maid job, only to discover that her employers' twisted fantasies involve using the maids in violent and indulgent ways. Her co-worker Mai-chan (An Koshi) becomes the focus of horrific violence, drawing Miyako into a world of grotesque and aggressive behavior.
