A chronically agoraphobic widower, Tommy Cowley, is terrorized by a gang of syringe-wielding feral children who target his baby daughter. As he delves into the dark truth behind these hooded teenagers, he must face the demons of his past and confront the one place he fears most - the abandoned tower block known as the Citadel. Based on writer/director Ciarán Foy's own experiences with an attack by youths in hoodies, this psychological horror film is a heart-pounding exploration of trauma, grief, and the blurred lines between reality and myth.
