Benny, played by Jason Brooks, escapes an asylum on Halloween as a scarecrow, hungry for blood. In 1980s Seattle, he embarks on a hunt, targeting anyone who dares to be safe, with Cassandra, played by Eden Campbell, hot on his heels. As the body count rises, Dr. Graves, played by John Karyus, tries to track down Benny before it's too late.
