Dawn, an aspiring artist, joins a reality television dating show she believes is set in Paris, France, only to discover it's actually taking place in Paris, Texas. She develops feelings for the bachelor, Trey, complicating her plans. While attempting to get eliminated, Dawn unexpectedly connects with Trey, who becomes drawn to her sincerity upon discovering she forfeited all her earnings to see him again after being rejected on camera, leading them formally reunite and ultimately make their relationship work despite his initial intention to use her for the prize money.
