A gripping and intense thriller, "The Living" follows a man named Teddy (Fran Kranz) who wakes up from a night of binge drinking to find his wedding band missing and his fist bloodied. As he navigates his fragile reality, Teddy's past comes back to haunt him in the form of his wife Molly (Jocelin Donahue), whom she has left for him despite her mother's warnings about his violent temper. Meanwhile, Gordon (Kenny Wormald) hires a hitman named Howard (Chris Mulkey) to kill Teddy, setting off a deadly game of cat and mouse that threatens to destroy the fragile relationships between the characters. In the end, it is only through courage and determination that justice is served, but not before the living are forced to confront the devastating consequences of violence and trauma.
