In a forest, mercenaries Reeves (Rupert Evans) and Karlsson rejoin their squad – Gantz (Steve Garry), Capper (Michael Smiley), along with two hooded and bound captives, including Annabella (April Pearson). As they investigate a farm and jeep, tensions rise among the group. Reeves and Gantz find decapitated mercenaries in a barn, leading to an argument between Smith (Gordon Kennedy) and Karlsson. The group takes refuge in an abandoned armoured personnel carrier, where they discover orange powder labelled "Kratos" and begin to suspect each other of betrayal. As the group's dynamics deteriorate, Reeves discovers a rotting corpse and finds that the dog tags are for his crewmate Evans (Tom Meeten).
