Jax Donovan (Mark Duplass), while serving his community service sentence, forms unlikely friendships with a young man with Down Syndrome and a group of teenagers, including Bailey and Juliette, that challenge him to confront his past mistakes and learn the value of forgiveness. As they navigate their relationships and lives together, Jax finds solace in the boys' acceptance and support.
