In a bizarre convergence of reality and fiction, a young boy becomes entranced by a book titled "Evil in the Woods" from his local library, which transports him to the dark world of Mildew, Georgia, where a low-budget film crew is terrorized by an evil witch and her unhinged family. As he delves deeper into the story, the boundaries between reader and character begin to blur, threatening to trap him forever in this twisted tale of horror and fantasy. Will the boy's willpower be enough to resist the allure of this fractured fable, or will he succumb to its strange and sinister charm?
