Mr. Fish (Nick Offerman), a grumpy ocean pout, and Pip (Nina Oyama), a hyperactive baby sea dragon, team up on an adventure to find Shimmer (Jordin Sparks), a mythical fish who can grant wishes, as they both seek to make their homes better. Along the way, they're aided by dolphins, jellyfish, an eel, and other sea creatures, including Benji (Remy Hii), a cuttlefish who also seeks Shimmer's help.
