In this comedy misadventure, two unwitting accomplices, both named Frank, inadvertently stumble into a suitcase containing incriminating evidence against a mafia boss, setting off a chain of events that leads to a drag-filled showdown. The Franks escape by impersonating makeup women for a beauty pageant, but the mafia's relentless pursuit puts them in a precarious position.
