Two families, including Charlie Hays (Marc Singer) and Don Thomson (Art LaFleur), are drawn to a foreclosed house on 70 acres of private land, unaware that it is abandoned. Both families arrive at the house, only to find it deserted, and they soon discover that they cannot leave. As they try to survive in the house, they begin to experience strange visions and hallucinations, leading them down a dark path of paranoia and violence.
