Brian Heffron, born May 18, 1973, is an American professional wrestler and actor, best known by his ring name The Blue Meanie. He gained recognition in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) from 1995 to 1998, and later with the World Wrestling Federation/World Wrestling Entertainment from 1998 to 2000 and in 2005. He is also recognizable for his appearance in the 2014 film "I Am Santa Claus".
