Biography

Luciano Charles Scorsese was an American actor and father of filmmaker Martin Scorsese. Born in New York City to Sicilian immigrant parents, he worked as a presser and wardrobe consultant before turning to acting. He made his film debut in 1976's Taxi Driver and went on to appear in his son's films, including Raging Bull and Goodfellas. He passed away in 1993 at the age of 80.
