Biography

Roland Petit was a French ballet company director, choreographer, and dancer born in Villemomble, near Paris, to shoe designer Rose Repetto. He trained at the Paris Opéra Ballet school and became known for his creative ballets, collaborating with artists such as Jean Carzou and Serge Gainsbourg. Petit's notable works include "Le Jeune Homme et la Mort" and "Carmen," which showcased his innovative style and technique.
