Frankie Chan Fan-kei is a Hong Kong-born Chinese martial artist and actor born in 1951. He gained recognition for his role as Ngai Fei in Sammo Hung's "The Prodigal Son" (1981). Chan has also had success behind the camera, directing films such as "Legendary Amazons" (2011) and composing music for numerous others, including "Chungking Express" (1994) and "Fallen Angels" (1995).
