Biography

Olivia Merilahti is a Finnish-French singer and composer, best known for being the frontwoman of the musical duo The Dø. Born to a French father and a Finnish mother, she primarily uses English in music, which she learned at an early age. With a background in classical music and a gravitation towards rock, jazz, and electronic music, Merilahti has cited Björk as a major influence. She has released solo projects, including the 2020 release under the name Prudence.
