Biography

Dolores Camarillo was a Mexican character actress and makeup artist who debuted in theatrical plays at age five. She transitioned to film in the 1930s as a makeup artist before becoming a leading lady with roles in notable films such as Ahí está el detalle (1940) and supporting appearances alongside Joaquín Pardavé. Her professional nickname "Fraustita" reflects her partnership with fellow actor Antonio R. Frausto, to whom she was married.
