Biography

Michael Craig Ruppert was an American author, former Los Angeles Police Department officer, and investigative journalist who published and edited From The Wilderness until 2006. He wrote the bestselling book Crossing The Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil in 2004. Ruppert's work also inspired the documentary film Collapse (2009) and a tribute album Beyond the Rubicon by New White Trash.
